I made the spinach rice tonight--wish I could have made that delicious-looking chicken, but we had fish instead. It was very good!

I'm going to make this--the kids might have a heart attack when they see spinach in their rice, but at least my hub and I can have a heart-healthy variation on the plain. Thanks for this delicious, simple set of instructions. And I'm delighted you've found the brown Jasmine rice! Enjoy!!

I can't wait to try this. I love spinach and rice!~
What could be a better combo? I know, chocolate and something..... my bad. I will always hold chocolate number one. But, hey, we were talking rice. So chocolate skoot outa my thoughts.........

I will have to look for brown Jasmine rice, we don't have a Trader Joe's, so I'll have to do some looking 'round here. I like the idea of having brown Jasmine rice. I have a huge, 25# bag of rice, I think it is a Basmati type.

Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. Simple and easy and looks so tasty.
